Production and Shipping
WAVS Custom ships internationally, with shipping rates calculated at checkout. The company's FAQ estimates approximately 6–8 weeks to hand-make custom-fit in-ear monitors after receiving the ear scans or molds. Actual timing may vary depending on production demand, and the estimate is not guaranteed unless a rush arrangement is confirmed.

Fit Guarantee and Warranty
WAVS offers a 30-day fit guarantee for its custom-fit IEMs. If the fit is not right, the company states that it can revise and remake the product up to two times to address fit issues. Contact the support team through the official website to discuss the problem and the next steps.
The brand also provides a 90-day technical warranty for eligible device and accessory problems. Accidental damage and product loss are not covered under this warranty.
Custom-made products are generally not eligible for returns or refunds. Orders may not be cancelled once processing has begun, so check your selected model, configuration, and order details carefully before purchasing.
